Thanks for taking an interest in my business. My name is Bart and I am a polish carpenter specialising in fitted furniture such as alcove cupboards, fitted alcove wardrobes, bookshelves, fitted desks etc.
I have been fitting alcove cupboards, wardrobes and other fitted furniture for the last 18 years. Over this time I have developed the technique which will make your fitted furniture last for years.

Built in wardrobes, shelves and cupboard
Bart has just completed a number of built in wardrobes in our loft conversion, hallway linen cupboard and large shelving unit for us. I am so happy with the finished product. It is exactly what we wanted. Bart clearly understood the ask, including the more bespoke aspects of the shelving unit and delivered 100%. Price was competitive and he left the job tidy each day. He consulted me at key points and otherwise worked quickly to deliver a very high quality product that adds so much usable storage to our home. I would recommend without hesitation.

Fitted wardrobes
I can't recommend Bart enough. he did a beautiful job and was the most competitive in price. I've recommended him to all my friends refurbishing their homes. If you want a beautiful and sturdy wardrobe, he's your man! My wardrobes are perfect, I have very high ceilings and Bart built them from floor to ceiling with no gaps. They're perfect. Thanks Bart!

2 fitted wardrobes in alcoves
Bart did such an incredible job with our alcove wardrobes. From the beginning communication was excellent and we were kept updated with everything. He’s a very polite and friendly person and was super flexible when we asked to amend a few things as he went along. Two full size wardrobes - CAD designs available
Built and fitted 2 floor to ceiling double wardrobes in a spare room. Various fittings and fixtures inside including drawers, shelves and racks. All made from scratch and catered to our requirements. We can't fault it as the build and finish are absolutely top class. Took about 2 and a half days from start to finish. Polite, friendly and very tidy. We would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

Alcove storage, TV unit and Boiler boxing.
I can't recommend Bart enough. He is an absolute gentleman and a superb craftsman. Bart was quick to visit and quote me for the job. When Bart first visited, he completely changed the ideas I had in my head around the type of design we wanted and helped us make the best out of our alcoves. When Bart started the job, I was suprised at the speed and quality of work, he was done in 4 days. He helped me orgnaise my AV and also mounted two TVs as part of the service. I can't recommend his work enough and have waited to write a review so that I can be honest about the quality. We'll certainly use Barts services again for other joinery work.

Bart built shelves and a cupboard in our lounge. He is competitively priced and so quick at responding. We changed our minds with what we wanted quite last minute and he was fantastic about it. Bespoke fitted alcove base unit/book case x 2
We are renovating our Victorian house and needed fitted wardrobes in our main bedroom and alcove cupboards in the living room. Bart came in with a competitive quote and came to the premises to have a look. His knowledge during the decision making was second to none and his advice on height, style etc was spot on so we hired him for the job. Bart attende and started the job. First of all the wardrobes, which he cracked on with, keeping us informed at every stage of the build. Completed within the time schedule. the alcove cupboards started and again every stage explained, he made a false wall for the TV cables and fitted the TV bracket. The end result was superb. far beyond our expectations. A great Job. Bart is truly a talented tradesman and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He was extremely tidy and efficient. As an added bonus he even gave me tips on my current DIY jobs that i was carrying out at the time. Top job.

Custom built wardrobes in 2 bedrooms & hallway
Bart did an amazing job from start to finish. Great communication before the job started and throughout. Plus himself and his assistant were so clean. He covered our stairs and all carpet areas plus used a dust extractor. When finished be vacuumed and wiped down the room too. The wardrobes look amazing, great joinery job and paint job and last but not least he finished a day early! Highly recommend hiring him.

Shelving and cupboards installation
Bart was fantastic from start to finish. He made several excellent cupboards a shelves. He came round very quickly to provide us with a quote, offered excellent advice when we wanted to check with him what structure and design would work best and fitted in with our available dates very well. His work is of a very high quality, he was able to do the work in much less time than others who quoted us (he worked in unison with a painter) and his pricing was excellent value (with no compromise in quality). To top it all off, his timing and efficiency couldn't have been better as he finished the day before my wife went into labour much earlier than expected. Cupboards & floating shelves in two alcoves
We were looking for new units in our alcoves in the living room, plus an additional kitchen wall cupboard to match the existing units and to get three interior doors hung. I met with three carpenters, and although all three seemed good, I chose Bart, (the mid priced one) as he gave me the most confidence that he understood what I was looking for and would be able to deliver. Bart was well organised, made sure he was clear on what we wanted down to the detail and we are very, very happy with everything done. His team cleared up every day and left things looking tidy so it wasn't too much of a disruption over the couple of days they were here. Would definitely use again.

Alcove units x 2
We're very pleased with the alcove units and storage shelves Bart made for us. Bart is a real pleasure to work with and a great carpenter to be had - he turned up punctually before 8 am every day and finished at about 5 pm, leaving the house tidy and clean (without us asking him to do so, he volunteered to hoover the work areas and used special wipes to remove any oil stains that might have been left on the floor). He and his assistant worked very efficiently and professionally throughout the day. The alcove units looked great, with some lighting effects on the top of it (shining towards the ceiling) - Bart helped us relocating the light bulbs from the ceiling to the top of the shelves, with no extra costs. To make it look nice he offered (with no extra costs either) to cover the cables with boards and painted them so that the entire unit (including the bits above) is in the same colour - and looks very neat. At the quoting stage, some other carpenters stated that the lighting effects would have to cost us extra and could be very tricky, etc. Another carpenter also specifically said that the entire job would take them at least 5 to 6 days. Bart finished everything in only two days! We're very impressed by his professionalism, his carpentry skills and also his great EFFICIENCY. We would definitely recommend Bart to everyone who wanted to have similar jobs done. And we ourselves would also keep Bart in mind if any other carpentry work needs to be one in our house.

Fitted wardrobes
Bart built a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers for our bedroom and I couldn't be happier with them. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and he was able to complete the job in just a few days - turning up on time every time and working pretty much non-stop every day! Fitted wardrobes & cupboards
Bart has recently completed carpentry on alcove cupboards and shelves in our two reception rooms plus fitted wardrobes in our bedroom. All done within 6 days to a very high standard, we are extremely happy with the results and very impressed with Bart’s approach. His estimate was very competitive, he was punctual arriving before 8am every day, worked solidly through to 5pm, caused a minimum of disruption and left the house clean and tidy at the end of every day but most importantly he has delivered exactly what we wanted.

Alcoves
The job started as alcoves but turned into alcoves and a seat/coat rack in the hallway. Both of which Bart built beautiful and we have received many positive comments. Bart was always on time, worked efficiency and tidily (always clearing up after himself as he went and leaving everything put away neatly in the evenings). Shelving in 4 alcoves. Fitted wardrobe
We're extremely pleased with the work Bart and his asistant have done (one massive built in wardrobe and various cupboards and shelving in alcoves). As well as being pleasant, punctual, tidy and considerate he is able to provide good advice on the design (what will look nice, as well as be functional) which I greatly appreciated. The whole experience was very stress-free, unlike some previous building work we've had done.

Shelves / Cupboard in spaces next to chimney Breast
A very good job. Bart and his assistant were quick and tidy, completed the work to a very professional standard and came in a little under the price quoted. He also helped with some last minute design aspects and had some creative ideas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and may well use his services again in the future

Living room unit and fitted wardrobe
My wife and I were looking for two built-in units, one bedroom wardrobe going right over the doorframe and a tv/drawers/shelving unit in the living room. Bart's quote was competitive and in addition to that he was able to complete the job in just 4 days! There simply aren't enough positive things to say about Bart and his work. He and his associate arrived every day just before 08:00 and left around 17:00 once they had tidied up after themselves. Considering he only came round the once to measure up, we just couldn't believe how good the finish was (especially with our uneven walls and ceilings). His attention to detail, quality of work, sound advice and good humour made him an absolute pleasure to work with. We spent some time contemplating whether the additional cost of customised units was worth it... but with Bart on the case the answer is YES every time! This flat was a first time buy for my wife and I and although he probably does realise it, his work has really completed the move and made us feel like we have a home. Thank you very much Bart!

Fitted Wardrode
Had a fitted wardrode and other cabinet done . He did a very good job . He wasnt the cheapest but it was worthy He was on time everyday and didnt leave any mess at all . Very clean as well Would definately recommend him and would hire him again in the future

Fitting of shelves in alcove
Bart installed some shelves for me recently and it was a job very well done. He was very flexible on arranging a time to come around to the flat, and was very open to discussing options around shelving colour and placement. On the day he arrived on time and he and his assistant did the job extremely well. He also took care to protect my furniture while he did the work. Floor to ceiling book cases 190cm x 230cm approx
Bart's immediate understanding of my requirements together with a very reasonable quote were what got him the job to build my bookcase and now it is finished it really looks great! Bart and his assistant Peter were both really friendly, efficient and professional workers - they turned up on time, worked very hard and were very tidy, clean, considerate and careful. 2 fitted wardrobes for alcoves in bedroom require
I was hugely impressed with the work Bart and his assistant have done in my property which needed two new fitted wardrobes, an alcove cupboard and floating shelves. He turned up on right on time every day and worked fast and efficiently. The finished units themselves were of superb quality: well shaped, open and shut smoothly and beautifully finished. On top of that Bart showed impressive initiative in touching up the paint edges between the wall and furniture using the leftover paint I had, without me even having to ask. All of this was done at a competitive price and my property was left clean and tidy. There are very few tradesmen like him around and I would definitely give him a full recommendation and use him again if the need arises!

Bart first came over to do a quote and gave us a timeline as to when he could do the job. The work happened at the time agreed upon. Bart and his team arrived every day at the crack of dawn and did a full day of work which means that they finished the project early to the highest standard possible. Fitted Wardrobe

Wardrope in Hallway
Bart did a great job when building our wardrobe. It certainly was no easy task, but he got it done in exactly the time estimated, Reliable workers, helped me when picking the right design for me and always helpful with suggestions. Once the job was done, I decided that I wanted to have a few more boards in the wardrobe than I initially intended. Bart - without a moment's hesitation - told me he will come by and install them. That is good customer service.

Floating Alcove shelving in Epsom/Ewell
Bart is in demand, and rightly so! You may have a long wait until he has a slot but it's well worth being patient. He & Peter are by far the most polite and professional contractors I've ever used. They did a great job, on time, to the quoted price, followed all our requirements and arrived on the day I booked with them months ago. They worked incredibly hard and tidied up beautifully when they had finished. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Cupboards & shelves to fit either side of fireplace
Bart did an amazing job making two cupboards and shelves to fit either side of the fireplace. From designing to completion he was very polite, professional and enthusiastic. He arrived on time each day (even 10 minutes early!) He did a solid days work and cleaned up after each day. We have had nothing but compliments on the work he completed. I can highly recommend him.

Fit alcove shelving - Nunhead
Bart and his assistant did an absolutely excellent job building two cabinets in our alcoves. They listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly, worked quickly, left no mess behind them and are nice guys as well. Build cupboards/install lights/re-palster and paint
I cannot recommend Bart highly enough. He arrived on time every day and was extremely professional in all respects. He went to great lengths to minimise dust etc and left the house in good shape at the end of each day. He was happy to help us reach decisions that arose as we went along and never complained when we changed our minds. I wouldn't hesistate to hire Bart again - we are absolutely delighted with the cupboards he's built and he's a very nice guy too.

Bart came to my home and looked at my design. he recommended some changes that made absolute sense and then gave me a competitive quote. He built the entire wardrobe which was around a chimney in just two days! his work was exceptionally good and I will hire again for the fireplace alcove. Highly recommended -

2 wardrobes in bedroom alcoves
Bart and his equally hardworking helper did a good job in contructing and painting 2 wardrobes to our specification within 3 days. Bart invested in the pre-hire communications and offered his detailed opinion on a couple of things he thought would not work with our design. During the job he was extremelly puntual, clean, honest and polite at all times. His price was competitive and the overall quality of his finish very good. When a couple of slight problems came up one or two weeks later, Bart was also very willing to come back and put things right without any hesitation.

Two alcove cupboards
Awesome! Bart did a fantastic job, worked extremely hard, was punctual and very easy to talk too, even as I made changes during the job to what I wanted. Various carpentry and joinery jobs
Fantastic quality and finish. Amongst many other jobs – all executed perfectly – Bart built a fitted cupboard with adjustable shelves around an old chimney breast and achieved exactly the look I wanted. Fitted cupboard to match pre-existing g-plan drawers

Carpentry work
Bartosz is a fast, proficient, and tidy worker. The work he did for me was installing new skirtings in 4 rooms, altering a door frame and hanging a new door, with lock fitted, and re-glazing a front door and fitting a larger letter-plate. Cost shown is mainly labour costs ( I paid for nearly all materials ), which I felt was reasonable.

We hired Bart after reading the great feedback he had been given on My Builder.com and subsequently seeing his portfolio of work. He certainly did not disappoint and his previous feedback is very well deserved. Bart did an excellent job for us at a competitive price in what seemed like no time at all (only 1.5 days!). This was incredible given his attention to detail. Bart was punctual, polite, creative and extremely hardworking. built in drawers and wardrobes
Bart is a lovely guy and did a fantastic job for us, building fitted wardrobes into alcoves and an amazing set of 9 drawers into a bay window in our bedroom. The drawers mean we get the maximum storage possible in the available space without cutting out any light from the windows with a bulky chest of drawers and we have a window seat too! He actually rescued us from an appalling 'carpenter' (Rob Mcleod, don't touch him with someone elses) who did a hideous job of the same project, which Bart had to totally rip out before he could start again. Believe me, Bart is worth the wait! He is extremely reliable and works hard. The standard of work is excellent and very good value. I wouldn't use anyone else and we have since asked him back to build us a set of drawers and cupboards under the stairs, which are just fabulous; he has also built us a set of lots of shelves mounted on the wall on the stairs up to our loft (he sensibly decided against putting them at the bottom of our stairs, due to a lack of space) and also some block shelves in our bedroom and all sorts of other smaller jobs around our home. It has been fabulous to work with someone who can translate my designs and ideas into such high quality workmanship. It makes me extremely happy so have so much excellent storage in my home, using the available space to the maximum and meaning I can be really organised with 'a place for everything and everything in it's place' !! he rocks!

He was extremely punctual, communicated well throughout the job (including sending photos to show progress), provided useful feedback on my design ideas and completed the task on schedule. Alcove unit
Bart executed an unconventional design specification with impressive speed and precision coupled with the utmost professionalism. He had to cope with unusual requests, such as 45 degree edge chamfering so that the LED strip lights will give a uniform luminosity when mounted. He clearly enjoys his work; in particular, when the design is challenging and non-conventional. I cannot praise him enough other than to say this feedback comes from someone widely known as 'Mr Perfectionist'. I will be happy to recommend his work to anyone without reservations.

Bart was the only person who arrived on time to quote - he was organised and measured up quickly giving us many feasible options with a great portfolio of prior jobs. Throughout the work he was punctual, left zero mess and really helpful with his suggestions for wires,access and heights etc of everything. I'd definitely 100% recommend him which isn't something I can say about any builder I've used previously.

Building a cupboard
Bart built a floor to ceiling cupboard to encase my boiler and provide shelves beneath. He was very punctual, diligent and hard-working. I was very pleased with the end result which was exactly as we'd discussed. He worked with the minimum of fuss and very little mess. The price was extremely reasonable. Joinery - alcove shelving & fit new doors
Fantastic job, executed exactly as requested and completed quickly, efficiently and on budget with great end result. Bart did not even complain about running up and down the stairs on a hot day to cut all the wood outside! Alcove shelving
I am abolutely delighted wit my bookshelf. Bart was punctual, knowledgable, and I could see he likes his job. It was not easy to build a wooden bookshelf in alcove between chimney breast and the wall, but Bart's hard work exceed my expectation. I am sure there will be more bookshelves to come in near future. Bartosz built five floating shelves in the alcoves either side of our fire place. The shelves are exactly as requested. He came when he said he would, took as long as he said he would, worked around our funiture and made no mess. A job without any problems or fuss, and an excellent end result. Many thanks Bartosz!

Custom Bookshelves in Loft Area.
I am very impressed with Bart's work ethic and carpentry skills. He showed up on time, got on with the work and did an excellent job on some shelves and wardrobes. He's precise, tidy and friendly and I fully intend to utilise his skills again. Recommended.

Chimney Breast Cabinets
Bart did a fantastic job at building our alcove cabinets. He is a fast worker but very precise in what he does. His prices are very reasonable for the high quality of his work; he is a tidy worker and left no mess at all. I would have no problem in recommending him as I am pleased with his work. Thank-you once again Bart!

Shoerack and living room corner unit.
I'd happily recommend Bartosz. His attention to detail is fantastic. He has designed quite a few pieces of furniture for us. The first job was a corner cupboard and he really took in to account what the room looked like, and made a cupboard with angled doors and it looks fantastic. We got another company to do another cupboard but we found Bartosz to be much better. He got the hinges to line up and got the gaps and the size right. We thought that he was very neat in his work. The other thing he did was a shoerack for our entrance hall. We didn't have a clue what we wanted so we told him how many shoes we'd like to be able to fit on it and he turned up with this fantastic shoerack. We have scheduled him in to do more work in our baby room, kitchen and home office. He didn't leave a mess anywhere, he's very honest, we left our house keys with him, he's completely trustworthy. I would recommend him without a doubt, and I already have to friends and family.

Shelving/Cupboards in chinmey breast alcoves
Bart communicated well and provided some very useful advice and design tips for the project. The work was completed to a good standard within a short timeframe and with very little disruption. The colleague that he used for the paintwork was also very good. Would happily recommend to others.

Built in wardrobe in sloped alcove in loft room
V happy with the work (built in cupboards). Bart arrived when he said he work, worked hard and built the cupboards exactly as I specified. Will use again.

Lay kitchen floor
The main laying of the laminate floor was satisfactory. However Bart had to return because one plinth was too high. Bart did a poor job in rectifying the matter, It seems that he used a blunt blade so a rather chipped plinth is visible, also failed to adjust door that was catching the floor chipped a piece of wood from the door. Seemed reluctant to fully tidy up fully afterwards.
Answer from tradesperson:
My quote was for laying the floor only without any extra work. I never charged for cutting the plinth and adjusting the bifolding doors although it is always an extra work as You cant always anticipat…

Cupboards and shelving in reception room.
Bart provided an excellent service and suggested various methods and design possibilities for my project given there is not a stright wall in the house! Always on time clean, tidy and helpful. Highly recommended.

2 x Alcove Cupboards with shelves
Bart was extremely knowledgable right from the initial stage of quoting, offering great advice. The cupboards were exactly as per the picture I supplied and actually exceeded our expectations. We our so pleased with Barts work ethics and carftmanship that we are finding other jobs for him and would highly recommend his work to all.
